Requirements

• At least 18 years old

• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation

• Ability to pass a drug test and background check*

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

• Physically able to perform manual labor (including, but not limited to: walking on uneven surfaces or climb stairs, use hands and arms to handle, feel or reach, speak and hear, use vision abilities (for close, distance, color, peripheral, depth, and focus), lift up to 50 lbs independently, as well as push and pull equipment.

• Able to work in adverse weather conditions (i.e. extreme heat, wet, or cold weather).

• Lawn care experience is a plus, but not required

Pay Range
$15–$25 per hour, paid weekly (based on years of service and/or experience)

A Typical Day

• 7:30 AM: Arrive at the office to gather supplies and review the day’s job schedule

• 8:00 AM – Noon: Mowing, applying lawn treatments, performing general yard work, or building landscape projects

• Noon – 12:30 PM: Lunch break

• 12:30 PM – 4 PM: Finish projects, record progress in Jobber (our lawn and landscape job software)

• End of Shift: Return supplies to the office and wrap up for the day
